Founded in 1953, Yunnan Construction Engineering General Contracting
Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan Construction Investment Holdings
Group Co., Ltd, and was established in December 2017 through restructuring.
Owning registered capital of 869 million Yuan, our Company is an outstanding
construction enterprise with a history of over 60 years. As the main project
construction force of YCIH, our Company is guided by the three core competitive
strengths of "general contracting and going global" and comprehensive
management and control. In 2017, both signed contract value and accomplished
operating revenue exceeded ten billion Yuan.
The Company has 30 production and business units and 1,643 employees, including 180 Constructors, 250 Associate Constructors, 158 senior
employees and 1,107 professional technicians. We are the first-class enterprise
in this industry in China in technology, scale, personnel, management, staff
treatment and other aspects.
As the first enterprise with high-grade qualification for general contracting of construction projects in Yunnan Province, our Company owns 15 qualifications for design and construction,
specifically, class A qualification for construction industry (building
engineering), first-grade qualification for general contracting of construction
of municipal utility, first-grade qualification for professional contracting of
steel structure works, first-grade qualification for professional contracting
of fire facilities project, first-grade qualification for professional
contracting of building mechanical and electrical installation project,
first-grade qualification for professional contracting of ground foundation
project and first-grade qualification for general contracting of construction
of water conservancy and hydro-power project. In early 2013, the Company passed
the IMS certification for four standards and three systems.
The Company regards quality as the life of enterprise and adheres to
the quality concept of "constructing excellent project and satisfying
users". As a result, we gained the Luban Prize for 7 projects, the
National Quality Engineering Award for 13 projects and the Quality Engineering
Award for 108 projects in Yunnan Province.
The Company has numerously created histories for construction
industry in Yunnan and is one of the leading companies in the industry in
China. The Company develops by technical innovation, and benefits therefrom. We
have passed the certification for national high-tech enterprises, own the first
provincial level certified technical centers of the industry in Yunnan and have
been approved by the review for innovative pilot enterprises of Yunnan
province; we have won 5 national normalized construction methods, 55 provincial
normalized construction methods, as well as 40 invention patents and utility
model patents, and compiled 1 national industrial standards, participated in
compilation of over 10 industrial and local standards; 2 projects won the title
of National Demonstration Project in Construction Industry for New Technology
Application and 3 projects won the title of Technology Demonstration Project of
the Ministry of Housing and UrbanRural Development; there are 10 science and
technology awards above provincial and ministerial level and 1 software
copyright. We have undertaken 4 provincial technology planning projects. The
